Apparently Klimmek makes a trip every few weeks up the 7000 steps to High Hrothgar to deliver supplies to the Greybeards though he has never actually seen them in person. Bring the supplies to High Hrothgar Receive Klimmeks Supplies from Klimmek then cross the bridge near the river and make your way up the mountain.

. These supplies can be delivered to the chest outside High Hrothgar for a leveled amount of upon return. Skyrim Underground includes a shortcut via the Old Hrothgar Ruins Top end is near High Hrothgar and I think the bottom one is near the Whiterun stormcloak camp via Bloody Throat Cave. There is a small chest at the foot of the complex before the stairs up.

Deliver a load of goods up to High Hrothgar for Klimmek. Alas he is now an old and feeble man and he just doesnt have the strength to make the trip. Bring the supplies to High Hrothgar.
